Paper copies of Federal Reserve regulations are available, free. Call any
Federal Reserve Bank. Regulations covering lending (Reg Z), savings (Reg DD)
and leasing (Reg M) are of primary interest to consumers. Paper documents are
often easier to use. Free.

Almost every Fed document references a
regulation, resulting in too many hits. The
regulations were found by calling the Boston
FRB. They've "given out the URL at least
500 times."
